Shipping policy

At Oak & Olive Candle Studio we hand pack and ship our candles with the upmost care and attention to ensure that they arrive quickly and in good condition.

All orders will be despatched within 24-48 hours of purchase. If you chose DHL Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked at checkout, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or text message to notify you that your candle has been dispatched. 

For Royal Mail standard delivery please allow 2-3 working days after dispatch (excluding bank/ national holidays), and up to a week during the busy Christmas period. Please note a tracking number is not provided for standard Royal Mail delivery.
